Anna loves reading, Italian, dancing, and art.
She will read all night long if you forget to tell her when to stop. Historical fiction are of upmost interest. Little House on the Prarie, anything Rold Dahl, Clarice Bean by Lauren Child, and the American Girl Doll Books are on the top of the list. She is anxious for Harry Potter but Mom says wait until you are 8!
She began piano last January and is having a great time with Dad and Grandma Osguthorpe teaching her, Dad in person, Grandma via webcam.
Anna is quite the dancer. Spured on by her little sisters, we are always having one recital or another going on. But you will have to visit for a sample--a video hardly does it justice.
At school Anna started Italian this fall. She has clearly inherited Aaron's ear for languages (the dominant gene as Annie would say!). Coupled with the Italian that we try to teach the children at home, she has learned quite a bit of Italian. She was very excited to teach her class to count to 100 in Italian!
Anna has been taking drawing classes at an art studio this fall. She has really enjoyed the classes and puts a lot of effort into them. Here is a still life she painted in her class.
