Our children provide much of our inspiration, blessings, challenges, comfort, and friendships.

Anna is a happy girl. We are proud of the way that she tackles challenges and comes out on top. She is learning to play the piano and also singing a lot. She is a great help to us as well as an example to her sisters and brother.

Paige is becoming a great reader and works on it both at school and home. That is when she is not dancing or running away from all the boys! She has a sweet heart and is so gentle to everyone that she meets. She has made some very dear friends here but continues to talk of friends in Virginia often.

Juliette has grown up over night. She goes to school and ballet, walks all over town, paints flower pictures for me, and is a professional scooter champion. She has a smile that is 'faier than the sun at mid day' gives great hugs and can rival me in puzzle completion skills.

Sam learned to eat, then talk, then crawl, then walk, he is now working on running. He continues to work hardest on eating and talking. He eats all day long and Stephanie really has a hard time keeping him fed, but he doesn't seem to find this a problem because he has found the snack cupbord and can open the tiny rasin boxes with incredible skill. His talking provides constant laughs, this is mimicracy at it's most elaborate. He identifies birds, horses, dogs, and his sisters by sound as well as by sight. Some of his more startling first words include "O Yeah" and "Google." We hope that neither of these become favorites, but are voting for mama and baba (dad). All of these words are not shared to give the impression that he is a slow mover
infact he can run faster than I can if he is trying to retain posession of Dad's screwdrivers, which he is always finding somehow. He is a sweet happy boy and we love him incrediably.
